Waitlist privacy
This page covers the sign-up form on rattlefin.com only. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- If you apply as a creator: your pen name, your one-line story pitch and, if you add one, a link to your work.
- Your browser’s name and version (shortened), and the campaign tag on the link that brought you here, if it had one, so we can see which posts work.
Your IP address is held briefly in server memory to stop automated sign-ups. It is never written to our database.
Why
To email you when Rattlefin launches, and, for creators, to consider your application for early creator access. Nothing else. We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t send other companies’ marketing.
Where it is kept
In a database hosted by Supabase in Mumbai, India. The website itself can only add sign-ups; it cannot read them back.
How long
Until Rattlefin launches, plus 12 months. Then it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Email privacy@rattlefin.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll act on it within 30 days.
